| PALATE: A mineral edge on the palate which is quite rich, textured with a lime acidic finish. An excellent length. The combination of some bottle age with the oak has resulted in a complexity and depth you seldom discover in a Viognier. |

| Serving Suggestions: Spicy dishes, such as spicy oriental stir-frys and even curry, especially Thai-style which is made with coconut milk, may be accompanied and complemented by Viognier. Also fruit salsas, atop grilled fish or chicken, can be miraculously tasty with Viognier. |
